For NSW students, Kindergarten–Year 6 and Years 7–10 tutoring covers Mathematics, English and Science. Years 11–12 includes Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Economics. SAT preparation covers Mathematics and Reading & Writing. Choose a year level or pathway to see options; exact school-course suitability is confirmed individually.

We currently offer all tutoring services, including SAT preparation, only to students based in New South Wales. Lessons run online through Google Meet or Zoom and last one hour. Once agreed, lessons ordinarily follow a recurring weekly time, scheduled in AEST (UTC+10). Share your preferred times so arrangements can be discussed.

One-to-one tutoring focuses on the individual student’s needs and pace. Small groups contain 2–5 students, matched by year level and subject. Group prices are per student and do not change with the number of students in the group. Placement is subject to availability.

Each student is generally eligible for one free 30-minute trial and one reschedule. A further cancellation or missed trial requires a new request, subject to availability and approval. A recurring tutoring slot is secured only after the paid package is purchased and the booking is confirmed.

Primary tutoring starts at A$139 for four one-to-one lessons, or A$99 per student for four group lessons. Prices vary by student level and package size. Compare 4-, 8- and 12-lesson packages above. Packages are paid in full upfront; no payment is taken through this website.

Yes. Lessons can be used across subjects within the same pricing tier, subject to tutor availability. Moving to a higher-priced tier requires a top-up. Moving to a lower-priced tier does not create a refund or credit for the difference.

Give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without using a lesson credit, subject to availability. Each package includes one free late cancellation. After that, late cancellations ordinarily use a lesson credit. No-shows are charged in full and do not automatically qualify for that allowance. Group arrangements and full conditions are set out in the Terms & Conditions.

The 4-, 8- and 12-lesson packages are valid for 8, 16 and 24 weeks respectively, starting from the first paid lesson. Free extension requests are assessed case by case. Where applicable, a paid four-week extension costs 25% of the applicable lesson fee multiplied by unused lessons.

Every four lessons purchased includes one 15-minute online doubt-clearing session. Parents or guardians of under-18 students ordinarily receive a progress update after every four lessons. WhatsApp support is supplementary, with no guaranteed response time or volume; under-18 communications ordinarily go through a parent or guardian.

Voluntary refunds are subject to the Terms & Conditions, including repricing used lessons at the applicable standard non-discounted rate, a $49 administration fee and a 25% deduction from the remaining refundable balance. A package can be transferred once for a $49 fee without resetting expiry or used benefits. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
